Warranty & Complaints

Guarantee

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of having detected the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge. Please note that we also offer items without guarantee this is stated on the product

Complaints

PLEASE NOTE: Should it become defective or lost during transport and you have chosen to ship uninsured, we do not bear any liability

It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We advise you to first notify us of complaints by emailing us through the complaints below. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet under consideration elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.

We shipping again to DHL service points

We have decided (by popular request) to ship to DHL service points, but before you choose this option, please inform yourself whether it is actually open.

This prevents disappointment that you cannot pick up your order, and indicate with your order to which point it should be sent.

If an office is closed and the package is returned, any costs arising from this are for your account

Pick up is possible again

Pick up is possible again, you order it in the webshop, choose the pick up option and pay for your product.

As soon as the payment has been written, we will contact you and make an appointment to pick it up.

Collection is possible on working days from 12:00 to 14:00 and we make appointments every 15 minutes

Some conditions come alone and a mouth mask is mandatory, looking around is not possible.
