Warranty & Complaints
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of having detected the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge. Please note that we also offer items without guarantee this is stated on the product

It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We advise you to first notify us of complaints by emailing us through the complaints below. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet under consideration elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
