It can always be that you for some reason want to send something return.
We ask to first sign in so we can find out the reason for is here.
If we have sent you the wrong goods than we solve this, of course.
Do you have accidentally ordered the wrong products, please always contact us first before you return the products.
Sending the package should always be franked, these costs are for the buyer.
Often the costs incurred for the return send (if we have made a mistake).
Don't forget a copy of the voucher in the package, so that we know of who it is.
What to do in case of return or cancel
The cancellation of an order is for free as long as it has not been sent.
Cancel the order after it is sent, then you will need to refuse delivery of the package.
If Motorman already received your payment, we will refund the purchase price, after good receipt of the goods. The shipping costs will be reimbursed but the packaging costs will be deducted (even if you refuse the order to the door and unopened let through delivery boy).

Already accepted articles you need to send back to the return address.
Motorman will refund the whole purchase price, including shipping costs but without any packing costs.
The shipping costs for returning products are charged to buyer.
Also, when returning a part of your order the shipping costs are charged to buyer. The purchase price of the returned part of the order will be refunded.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made in writing to Motorman.
You are required to examine whether the products meet the agreement. If this is not the case, you have to inform Motorman as soon as possible and in any event within fourteen calendar days with the withdrawal form (weekend included) and then fourteen days after the message, at least after observation reasonably possible, in writing/email via herroepings form and sufficient detail. For abroad, the shipping costs are NOT refunded and the refund within fourteen days after receipt of the package takes place after deduction of the costs.

For paying back money that's already been paid (in advance), we need your bank account number.
Customers from abroad should also the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.
Note: the bank account number that you specify for the repayment must be equal to the account from which you have made the payment to Motorman. This is to reduce any fraud refunds.
Payments via iDeal or Paypal will take place on the same way, after deduction of bank charges

Returns must take place within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the withdrawal form, in the original and undamaged packaging, and with invoice copy.
